Style doesn't stop at the closet
Willis & West began in California with a simple belief: the way you dress and the way you live are really part of the same conversation.
Founder Levi Klassen came to that through years spent working as an actor and model — around wardrobe racks, photo sets and people whose job was to notice every detail. The same principles appeared again and again: proportion, texture, color, restraint.
A great jacket could change the way someone carried themselves. A well-chosen lamp could change the feeling of an entire room. Different objects. Same instinct.
We don't believe good taste has to announce itself. Usually, it is quieter than that.

How do I place an order?
Choose your size and colour on the product page, then add it to your bag. Open the bag from the top right, check everything looks right, and continue to checkout. Enter your details, apply any discount code, pick a shipping method and pay. You will get a confirmation email straight away.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days, wherever you are.
Every order ships with tracking, so you can follow it the whole way.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracking, to more than 230 countries.
Prices and shipping are shown in your local currency at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
The item needs to be unworn and in its original condition and packaging, with tags on. Email sales@willisandwest.com and we will send you the return details.
How do I track my order?
Use the order tracking page with the number from your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking can take a day or so to show movement after dispatch, which is normal.
